Good to see you back at the writing, Kishin--it's been a while!
I guess we're seeing something of a prequel/reboot/reimagining of Nova's saga here... quite interesting! A nicely done piece, I must say. Depth of plot and character abounds here. As I have noticed in your past work, there's not only a layer of your basic erotic fembot titillation but also an interesting SF/action piece--making it an interesting read on both levels.
I'm all too aware that virtually all my writing in this arena has been strictly on the former level and not at all on the latter; not too put too fine a point on it, but your stuff makes me think that I'm not really making any kind of serious effort as a writer to do something new and better! But then again, with the kind of stuff I've written here, there's really just one particular aim in mind--strictly to do some fembot stuff that I find erotically engaging. Really trying to write stuff that has its own inherent merits beyond the sexual fantasy level has not been my intention.
Your work--and this piece in particular--is a success all around. The fact that it makes me seriously consider the literary shortcomings of my own efforts is probably about the highest praise I can muster.
