(1990s spoilers) Looking for specific movie with soldiers

* Spoilers for a movie from the 1990s or 2000s, so not really a big deal *

I'm looking for the movie with a group of soldiers in the desert looking for cyborgs or something. In the group there is a female (only one) who is all "I hate androids" but she gets killed and it turns out she's actually a robot of some kind. I think all the rest of the soldiers were robots too, except maybe one. Probably from the 1990s ... probably named "Cyber..." something or "Cyborg..." something like they all were back then. Nothing pressing, just looking for it. Thanks.
