An idea for someone to explore: a faceless spandex hood (or other material) and one or more eyes that glow when the female robot speaks, or simply glows at random intervals.
I've done more than my share of photo manips and animations over the years that demonstrate a glowing eye, but would be nice to see done as an actual video job.
