In your personal estimation (it doesn't necessarily have to be who gave the best "robot performance" per se), be it on television, film or music videos? Basically, the type of woman (from an physically aesthetic perspective) that you would most ideally want in robot form in real life. I'm a bit partial to Rebecca Romijn in Larry Gaye: Male Flight Attendant as the single most beautiful woman I've ever seen play a fembot on screen:

Technically, it doesn't count but I've always been mesmerized by Sally Ann Howes' performance as a dirndl wearing mechanical, wind-up doll on a pedestal in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

We literally only saw her for a few moments in "AI" but ashley scott's "gigolo Jane" character (was in the looks department) pretty much the perfect fembot for me.
