I think that's from that anime that I believe is called 'Don't Leave Me Daisy'. I have an episode of it but I forgot where I placed it. There was another gynoid that featured in there bit I forgot the episode. Sadly the gynoid in the picture blows up and the anime itself was not really good in my opinion.

a good way to find images is saucenao.com as it also links to a lot of other reverse image search options

They're both from Ghost in the Shell: Arise, first episode if I'm correct.

Update: First one is from the first episode, second one is from the second episode.

My best guess after some digging since Google wasn't much help, it seems to be a live action adaptation of Saishu Heiki Kanojo (aka Saikano: The Last Love Song on This Little Planet aka She, The Ultimate Weapon)

I skimmed through the german dub of the movie on youtube but it seems that there's no similar scene to the picture. Boris, any clue to the the series you watched?

That's actually a scene in an old tokusatsu (Japanese power rangers type thing) series called Mighty Lady. I will say, it's a hard-to-find episode as there were a few with similar names and entirely different actresses.

EDIT: Just had a look, and I can definitely say, it's not from this most recent series (2010s), which is apparently (with my limited Japanese) a reboot of the old series. The scene is most definitely from an episode from the older (2000s) series.

I haven't found the full video yet but I did find some other "heroine" videos with some repair scenes (two Evaroid films, there's an old thread about them here).

That particular one is called "Mighty Lady Venus" I believe but its so old I don't think they sell it anymore, and if they do its region-blocked to only Japan.
That whole series/universe has Androids sprinkled throughout as sometimes the source of their giantess powers is that they are robots, sometimes its aliens or whatever.
Marie X is a recurring android character too, in a French maid outfit usually, and invariably gets damaged, loses limbs or destroyed in any story she's featured it.

In the past few years they made a 10-episode series, with the android character too, with some decent robot reveal scenes, and a year or two ago tried to reboot (Mighty Lady The Legend) with an entirely new cast but I don't think that went anywhere either.

Thanks Sam. I'm particularly interested in Venus since it has the scene relating to the picture but any copies of the other Mighty Lady with robots would be appreciated too though.

From that link you posted, Venus (the story is split into two parts) each is being sold for about 40 USD. Fyi I think I remember seeing this and only the second half really has any robot scenes.

Also for Sad Story, really the trailer shows everything worth viewing in that as well.
Sorry if I sound a bit salty, I just hate when people feel cheated or disappointed.

Yeah I understand. Even the Evaroids only did have one scene each. Even then, it was only for show as they seemed to operate normally (aside from being immobile) while being repaired.
