Literally within human flesh, with current surgical techniques, no, sadly. What probably could be done is some form of prosthetic fitting, within which an access panel could be designed. Would probably need to be shot at a clever angle to make it look like it was literally part of her body, but I'm sure it could be done. But its easier nowadays for studios to just do it with CGI!

The Fall Part 2: Unbound - Meet the Companion

This is a sequel to a game that came out for the WiiU and Steam. In the first game, you played an AI-driven combat suit bending its own rules to keep its unconscious occupant alive. It looks like this game has the AI moving from robot to robot in order to reclaim its former hardware.

The graphics aren't detailed enough to show a lot of what we would call robot content, but the voice-overs and character interactions look like they'll make up for it.

I don't play many games, but I did get s chance to play The Fall when it came out...let me just say that having this team tackle content like this makes me very excited! They are definitely very intellectual developers and will see this concept through in the best way possible!

An answer that I received when I posted a similar question to that on Quora:

But why put it above the belly button? And why hassle creating an access panel?

The answer to your question is on you, literally, unless you don’t have a navel.

Suppose we already have a humanoid robot, shaped like a human, then we decided to put a navel on this humanoid robot. The thing is, this will not only serve a compelling humanistic appearance but the navel itself it somewhat a reset, or shutdown button, that will only be access by pushing a specific pin to reset or shutdown the machine.

Just like how the navel feels when it’s poke, you’ll feel so weir you will pause for a while, but seriously don’t poke your navel. It’s a very sensitive area and you might cause some infection.

What I’m saying is, get inspiration form the human body itself. Just like that.

Would be no need to touch the actual navel in truth. Just put an internal cotton (or the like) pad inside the navel area, and push that instead. Bur from what I've seen around here, people want an actual access panel, not just a reset button!
