Daz Studio is an amazing program. Here's a little something I threw together:
I don't know if this will go anywhere, but thought the results were interesting enough to share.
UPDATE: Since I have more than one pic, and there's a decent chance I'll have more, I figured it would be best to use this post as my central "where my images at" post.

The noise is due to the fact that I got impatient.
Daz Studio is a 3D modeling program with a bunch of high-quality, free assets to play with (and a much larger number of professional quality assets available for sale through the program's built in marketplace). The image was rendered using the program's built-in Iray rendering engine, which renders the whole image at once, but with a high degree of noise which diminishes over multiple iterations. The result is very photorealistic, but takes a while to render a low-noise final product. I just stopped the render at what I considered a "good enough" sample for tinkering purposes.
