While the main character does in the end fall for a monstrosity giantess (which gets converted to a regular sized human for the happy ending) the comic does sport at least for a small bit near the end a gynoid: Teruru Ichigaya

She's had ZERO screen time, because she appears in chapter 50 for the first time and the anime ends at chapter 42 after 24 episodes. Now. If the anime is successful and they decide to do a 3rd season, she might get actual screen time. She's got 5 chapters basically devoted just to her, but she falls back in the background pretty fast, evidently the public did not like her. Or maybe it's the author. I mean the main character ends up hooking with a giant 50' tall monster that has an insect face.
