Yes, I watched it but... I think it's some kind of unreleased preview version without title, credits and some video effects. Now this would be the final version of the movie. That would be great to watch it!

It starts off with an awkwardly misquoted internet meme joke that has nothing to do with the film, and then subjects you to a 90-minute master class on how not to make a successful comedy.

100% Accurate. The few bits of decent robostuff (borderline pretty forgettable) are in the middle of a remarkably un-funny comedy. Like seriously...whatever they were going for...just straight up fell on its face...so much potential and it just goes nowhere

I'd say this is a matter of taste.
Hot bot is definitely a bad movie, as a movie.
But I watched the version on the ftp and I thought the "robotstuff" was superb, as robostuff goes. It's got a well done scene with the indeed super-hot robot starting to seduce the geek guy and shutting down, other scenes of them dancing, another scene of the villain exhibiting her on video. At it's best, it's a decent if short portrayal of "this is what a convincing commercial sexbot should be like" with no lame slapstick or walking mannequins but a girl whose very hotness is most the eerie quality.
If you can't watch with fast-forward, it would torture but with fast forward, it's not bad at all, imo
