Disney's Tomorrowland
Apparently there is at least one adult fembot. Character name is Ursula and she has her head ripped off. The Ursula scene is rather short: She starts trying to kill the main actress and then the underrage fembot comes in and rips her head off, causing her to self-destruct. Later, when the authorities come to check out the wreckage, they come out carrying her disembodied head, with all the skin burned off. The head then starts talking, though in a malfunctioned state.

Scarlett Johahnsson SNL sketch
For those of you who didn't see SNL last night, there was a sketch with Ms. Johansson and Vanessa Bayer playing a pair of robot flight attendants. It's been online for a little while now. I didn't even realize it had a fembot in it, or I would have reported it. The movie is essentially unwatchable. But Rebecca Romijn does play a fembot, and there are a couple of scenes that play up her artificiality, including a deactivation at one point.
