Okay, it depends on how you define "robot" or "fembot", but the 70s British show Worzel Gummidge had some surprisingly relevant content.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078713/
Our hero, Worzel Gummidge, played by Jon Pertwee of Dr. Who fame, was an animated bumbling scarecrow who got to some shenanigans on a farm. There were some other living scarecrows and other living dolls, in fact Worzel managed to attract some lovely babes.
First of all, there's love of his life, Aunt Sally, a life-size fairground doll played by Una Stubbs (aka Ms Hudson on Sherlock). This Aunt Sally was a mean, greedy and spiteful doll, but Worzel went ga-ga over her. Another Aunt Sally appeared (played by Connie Willis AKA the babe Monty Python used when they needed a babe), but sadly she was gone after her one episode.
Other ladies that flirted with Worzel were animated ship's figurehead Saucy Nancy (Barbara Windsor) and lovely mannequin Dolly Clothes-peg.
It's a funny, surprisingly deep and touching kids' show - plus, it doesn't hurt that some of these ladies got into nice "doll-like" stiff movements and appearance. In her first appearance Nancy has no legs, so she moves on little wheels. Most of the episodes of the original British run are available on YouTube.
There's also a New Zealand spin-off called Worzel Down Under, but i can't find much about it. The only episode on YT, is however, luckily for us, featuring Trudi, a lovely Germanic steam organ decoration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3EhBJDOKS4
