Help - Artist needed

I have no artistic talent whatsoever and am hoping I can get an artist to do a commissioned work for me. I would like to include an image in my upcoming Spaz Studios Presents: The Future Expo. The image would be in the form of an advertisement and would have a very specific image I would provide, along with specific instructions for the overall structure of the advertisement.

oh... i was getting hopeful, but surely you need an artist more towards the graphic design than the sketching kind.
always free for making sketches though, in case you need one.
