So.

Just stumbled into this now; maybe it should be "Off Topic," but I'm going to ask if it actually links up for anyone here. It's always fascinating to come across something like this; it's so alien to me, but I know that it must appear to me the way that this forum would appear to a person who found themselves in here for the first time, never having heard about (or thought about) "ASFR."
ASMR also promises unique physiological responses:

So far, watching the videos, I do find the whispering sexy, but I'm not getting any other weird physical sensations; it may just be that I'm just completely wired on caffeine, though, so I've stopped watching for the moment (to avoid wasting any potential). The first article links to an ASMR sci-fi web series called "Departures," which in turn links to several other sci fi series, and I think it's definitely worth asking if there's any content there. ASFR and ASMR seem eminently compatible in any case, given the obvious popularity of sci-fi as a framing device for the latter.
Thoughts?

Re: ASMR
Yeah, totally OT. It's "autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)" which has to do with people experiencing something similar to intimacy by watching videos. I didn't feel like digging further, and the original post in this thread gives no explanation, but I saw no fembots or anything like it.
