Stumbles across this movie from 2011.

From IMDB: "Edward divorces his mail order robot wife when he falls in love with Sarah, but discovers the robot ex gets half of everything he owns. Because he owns her, he gets to keep her from the waist down, which causes problems for Sarah when he tries to have his cake and eat it too."
