This is a little video clip I made in about 10 minutes. Sorry about the 7z file, I tried to upload the video to my blog and it kept changing the aspect ratio.

It's a text-to-speech program called TextAloud. The version I have comes with a voice preset called "RoboSoft 5" that reads everything in that female robot voice. It can save whatever it reads to an mp3 file. The program is windows only and needs to be purchased, but there's also an old Microsoft program that can be downloaded for free called "TalkIt!". That one has female, monotone and robot preset voices, but it lacks the ability to generate an audio file. You can find that one on the internet, just make sure to scan whatever you download for malware. I can also email that one to anyone who wants it, though I don't know if it will work on anything past Windows XP.
