Having run some test to make sure Chloe is sufficiently robot like and obedient, he changes her outfit and paints her face so she looks like a doll. Frank Von Trump comes along later to see what she can do. Curiosity gets the better of him, and he ends up using Chloe as a fuck toy.

Seconded, please! Supposedly it's a sci-fi/soap opera/anime pastiche on Chinese legends? A rapid succession of beings, each of which is the most powerful being in the known universe, fight each other because reasons. Each most powerful being is easily destroyed by the next one, but somehow they always get worn down by the main character, who is dead for much of the series. He gets better.
Also, collect all seven mysterious eponymous artifacts, summon the dragon, make a wish, rinse and repeat.
Brief example of an episode:
"Previously on Dragonball Z, Goku and Vegeta shouted at each other and flexed their muscles enough to make rocks hover around them. We now join them in the arena."
20 minutes of "Hnnnnngggggg!" and everyone in shock and disbelief at some display of strength.
"Next time, on Dragonball Z: 'Hnnnnngggggg!'"
That actualy pretty much sums it up.
