http://robotsinfilm.com/the-history-of- ... in-movies/My name is Dave and I am the Head Robot here at Robotsinfilm.com. I am a big fan of robots and a big fan of movies and television, which means I am a HUGE fan of robots in movies and television.
Robots in Film was developed while I was a student in the Web Development degree program at Glendale Community College in Glendale, CA. It was my multi-semester major project assignment and went live in January 2011. The current edition was launched in March 2012 and is the 3rd version of the design (RiF 3.0).
The goal of this site is to build the world’s most comprehensive library of movies, short films and TV shows that have robot characters. I research each individual title and add them one-by-one into our database.
This is a non-profit fan site intended for entertainment purposes only. None of the contents of this website are used with the intention of infringing upon the rights of the copyright owners of the movies and TV shows mentioned. All rights are reserved by the applicable owners for their images, video clips or similar shown.
Thank you for visiting Robots in Film. I hope you have as much fun browsing through our library as I had putting it together. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
May your batteries always be charged.

Re: Robotsinfilm.com
Quite the list you've got going there! I'm sure other folks 'round here can help fill in the gaps.
