Are you aware that Kega Fusion can play Sega CD ISO's directly? Just put put the the game (in either ISO or BIN format) and all of its audio tracks into the same folder, and load the game in Fusion, or whatever other emulator you prefer. The only thing to keep in mind is that the game and its tracks all have to be named the same so the emulator can find them. For instance, Sonic CD's files should look like:
Sonic CD.iso
Sonic CD 02.mp3
Sonic CD 03.mp3
Sonic CD 04.mp3
Sonic CD 05.mp3
...
And so on in that fashion for the rest of the music. Do note that the game itself is seen as track 01, so your first audio file should be labelled 02. It's also worth mentioning that the Sega CD has no form of copy-protection, so if you happen to own a real one, you can burn a game and play it on the real hardware as if it were a legitimate, retail copy.
My apologies for the info dump, but I wanted to clear that up for anyone on here who might be looking to play these. Given that some friends and I are in process of making a new Sonic game for the Sega CD, I like to consider myself decently knowledgeable about the console. =P
Anyway, in an effort to be a bit more on-topic, I've never played Space Adventure Cobra (or even heard of it, for that matter), but I appreciate the recommendation and will give it a look. Snatcher, on the other hand, I'm rather familiar with. I think it's a magnificent game/visual novel, and definitely worth playing, buuuuuuuuut I've never found my libido tickled by it. I've played through three times, though it's been probably five years since the most recent of those.
There are indeed androids (referred to as Snatchers because of the way they're designed to replicate people and covertly replace them), and you do get to directly meet one or two female ones, but there's very little that's robotic about them. Physically, they're pretty much Terminators, with living, synthetic flesh and blood concealing their mechanical innards. If you don't mind the blood, there's some damage to be enjoyed (though I can only think of one instance off the top of my head where this happens to a woman), but that's about it. Every important Snatcher I can think of acts pretty much human, before and after their respective reveals. They also don't tend last long after you find them out, either. If you're satisfied with the basic knowledge that a character is an android, you might find it a bit titillating, but if you imagine most people you meet could be androids, or hope for much more than "Shit, they're trying to kill me now." to come of the reveal scenes, you'll be disappointed.
Now, if you're genuinely in interested in the cyber-punk atmosphere and the plot concepts, don't let this stop you from playing it. I think it's very well-written, and the voice acting is pretty good as well. That, and it has been at five years since I've touched it, so for all I know some people here might actually find some erotic interest in it.

I recall using Gens v2.11 back around late 2002 or early 2003 (after my ten year-old self mastered the concept of ZIP files!), and I think it had that capability. Unless you, like me, still think of "last decade" as being the nineties and are in fact referring to really archaic DOS emulators like Genecyst. If that's the case, I can't say for sure, as I've never actually used any of them myself.
But either way, I'm sure it's at least handy now to simply have a case of discs, rather than hunt games down on old hard drive backups, or even download them from somewhere.

Its name is Sonic Megamix, and waaaaaay back in late 2004 (or maybe early 2005), it started as one person's small-time music and color palette mod of Sonic 1. About a year later, a very talented individual by the name of Stealth (previously responsible for revolutionary work such as playable Knuckles in Sonic 1) started actually modifying the game's code, adding the spin-dash move, two extra characters, and other such features. That's where things started getting interesting. Not long after that, I was brought on to redesign the level layouts, another guy started redoing the levels' graphics, and various other people made their own contributions. "Team Megamix" was formed. Eventually, Stealth even ported the game to the Sega CD. The crazy thing was he did it in secret, and such a thing was nigh-unfathomable at the time (well, he'd previously made very limited ports of Sonic 1 and 2 to the hardware, but none of us expected him to do it to Megamix).
Fast forward to 2009, and an internal disagreement amongst a few team members killed the project. We released what we had, which was barely tested and woefully incomplete. ... Then a few days later, the disagreement was resolved, but the decision was made to continue in secrecy due to the fact that our more vocal fans were becoming difficult to deal with on the forum, and there had also been a few issues with leaked/stolen material in the past. Eventually however, additional material leaked out that was obviously post-cancellation (ironic considering we'd hoped to stop things like this by going off the radar), and in order to stop rumors from running rampant, we went public with it again in 2011.
Fast-forward AGAIN to today. We're still working on it, though slowly, as we're all consumed in our own affairs at the moment (Stealth in particular was one of the two main developers behind the recent mobile remake of Sonic 1). Myself, I get discouraged and intimidated easily when doing anything creative (a big reason as to why I've never finished and posted a story here despite having plenty of fun ideas), so I have difficulty actually working on levels. Nevertheless, some day I'm sure we'll crack down and actually finish the damn thing.
Unfortunately, our most recent public release is still the "cancellation" one from back in 2009. Feel free to visit our site (http://teammegamix.com/index.php?p=home) and get it from the downloads page, but be aware that it's a mere shadow of what the game has become since then. Most of the music and level art was lifted from other games, and my own levels are, in my own opinion, embarrassingly atrocious compared to my current abilities. (Though in that release, the first two zones should at least be fun to check out. The second one has actually held up quite well, though I might just be saying that because it was the work of someone else. =P)
As for what the game looks like today, this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBLIUUodW8c) is the most recent we've put out, and shows how pretty much everything is original (and in my own opinion, also awesome). And that's the direction we're going in at this point. It started out as a mod of the original Sonic the Hedgehog game, but now it's an original, independent beast.
