Galleries - Flickr, imagefap, etc.
Fembotwiki galleries forever!
but, also,
when it comes to the outside world, I kinda want our images to show up when adults browse through other, more main-stream galleries. It's not leading a trail back to us, naming us; just seeding their imaginations. The sincere will easily find Fembot Central - we're the seventh hit on Google for "fembot".
Any ideas, concerns?

Re: Galleries - Flickr, imagefap, etc.
Yes.
but what about the images we've found or vidcapped? (if the host doesn't pull the content)
and
Isn't every image on Fembotwiki already available to show up on a Google image search?
and, apologizing for my obsession with taking the long view,
You are absolutely right about the principles, but we've already lost all political power against corporations. As far as all the personal data we think we own, the judicial system serves only the government spies and the ultra-rich.
So, I know you are right;
but I feeeel like that's an illusion, like no change at all will come until the white male angry stupid Boomer Republicans and the officials they vote into office have gone to their well-deserved dirt naps. The GOP is committing demographic suicide in a decades-long piece of performance art. They have ensured there will be no younger voters to refresh their ranks, and my mind can't grasp what a largely Progressive Congress would do with its revolutionary power.
Until they're gone, the wheels just spin.
Once they're gone... the phrase "Fast and Furious" will still be available for cliche-prone newsreaders and documentarians.
But, once again, thanks for correctly framing the question.

Not to quite get off-subject here, but... can we maybe leave single-party-targeted attacks out of this? Both parties in the US have shown little to no "social acceptance" of what everyone here comes for, and both party's reps in the nation-wide political stage suffer from one big fault that makes them act almost identical in their ends, with only slight differences in the feces that they spew from their mouths - they're politicians, first and foremost.dale coba wrote:... but I feeeel like that's an illusion, like no change at all will come until the white male angry stupid Boomer Republicans and the officials they vote into office have gone to their well-deserved dirt naps. Everyone on the internet badmouths Republicans, and being one, can I just have one small safe haven from it? It's fine to not like them, or their stances, but... can we leave the massive amounts of venom and vitriol out of it, please?

With respect [honestly], the national Republican party today exists only to obstruct and dismantle government.
If you believe otherwise, I'm afraid you are staring wistfully and willfully into a nobler past.
(edited to fit on FC)
If one seriously cares to understand "who is to blame", their evidence needs to be examined.
An extremist party that fails to recruit the next generation will soon fail to exist.

For example, for white racists in the South or Southwest, or those who benefited from that racism, a political panic has sit in, watching their numbers dwindle while the non-white voters only increase. Blue Texas - in 2020 or 2024 ?
Gerrymandering has turned the Republican primaries into a filter which selects only the most radical candidates. In the minority-white America rapidly approaching, what happens to a party that runs primarily cruel, mean, hateful, Ayn Randian, anti-civil rights, immigrant-bashing, anti-contraception, healthcare-hating neo-Know-nothings?
Seeing the end is near, the G.O.P. is turning stark, raving, barking mad. Either they become ugliness in politics personified, or the Republicans will drop all their negativity and pride so new voters can embrace them, and the party can move on...
Rush Limbaugh has taught them that would be a fate much worse than death.

norman-ornstein-and-thomas-mann-explain-why-congress-is-failing-usWhat is much, much less well-understood is that the process of polarization is not symmetrical. The parties have not become equally ideologically homogenous or moved equally far toward their extremes. They do not behave in the same way or share the same attitude toward established social and political norms. Republicans have moved farther right than Democrats have left.

Re: Galleries - Flickr, imagefap, etc.
When we go international with the topic, your generalities are truths.
However,
the U.S. is in a particular kind of crisis which occurs in a two-party system when one party is in demographic free-fall. The massive shift will arrive here when the Boomers are no longer vital enough to vote vigorously enough to outweigh the Millennials.
In 2012, the Republicans "lost" the House by 7% in a straight-up vote - except their gerrymandering has selectively marginalized Democratic voters by splitting up their districts and sprinkling them in one with a majority of
Do you see? They already lose a fair vote (which this was supposed to be, right?).
Next, they die off. Then we can see if you are correct, the system still fails us because there are too many elected Democrats "more beholden to corporate interests than they are to the people whom they nominally serve." I believe that type of Democratic weasel exists, but they currently succeed by hiding amongst the crowd of Republican weasels.

Before I request this goes back on topic, I will throw my hat into the political ring with the full extent of my 18-30 year-old quasi-liberal sensibilities.

Vote Quimby.

Vote Quimby.

I feel offended by your unproductive interruption.
If you have nothing pertinent to add, have the decency to hush.
Or was the whole point for you to insult an FC member publicly?
Well, you win, Big Man. I'm humiliated.

Re: Galleries - Flickr, imagefap, etc.
Oh yeah.
i remember the day i found fembot central, and that other page very similar that had fembots in films, or was it the same?
doesn't matter, they were quite similar, a little challenging to browse sometimes, but you could comment and everybody could see it, it wasn't much, but was enough.. i think peer to peer wasn't even popular then...what was in the movies...daredevil?
i remember that a man posted photos of himself as a fembot in pantyhoses, i wish i could erase that from my mind, finally i could see what i liked; girls that were machines:
it was very late in the night when i found the site, it was from a link in a very plain statue fetish site, pygmalion something, with a background wall paper and a lot of text, like all sites used to be back then, i was hunting, unexperienced, using google until all results became viruses, even the first ones, it was common...i think i found first the meaning of gynoid typing female android, fembot wasn't a catchy name for "female" robot for me, i tried robot girl and many other variants first and adding gallery a lot too, i guess image galleries were very cool back, since there was no youtube or something similar, nope, internet was reading and seeing, sites having flash animations were very popular too, self activating eternally repeating midi in a page was a big wow too, most pages were from real people, now that's kind of rare, or less meaningful than before...
i guess that's why Fembot central is like it is, so this,..., taste, is not cast away in a digital sea where the individual effort is lost in the mainstream, so the content is more visible in this situation where other less refined, more easy tastes receive more attention than this one, but i think that's changing, hopefully one day any one would open some youporn or what ever and hundreds of results related to gynoids will be found.
what would be of FC then...

Whoa there, cowboy. He didn't name anybody specifically; he could have easily been referring to any of the others who had posted in the thread, or nobody in particular.dale coba wrote: I feel offended by your unproductive interruption.
And you have some nerve calling out someone for derailing your thread after you demonstrably derailed it beyond recognition yourself.

Stayin' chill...
Abrasive, yes I often am, more than needed. I don't want people (U.S.A.ers) here to be ignorant, and I want to earn their belief with evidence.
Then Rudy McRude chimes in to insult... who, you think? Me, Robotman, or TheShoveller? "Nobody in particular" you suggest? - sorry, top five answers are on the board, survey says 0.
I'm not sure what thread you were reading. My nerve is to hold up a mirror to today's Republican Party. The College Republicans just released their post-election surveys, and they found that young voters overwhelmingly find the G.O.P. appalling; but they will do nothing to alter that voter perception, because they cherish their values and hold political compromise to be a sin.
- Dale Coba
I started the thread. I took it in a political direction. TheShoveller replied with a political point which is one of the most commonly repeated, costliest falsehoods of our time. I responded with the evidence that only the Republicans have grown more extreme. They should be driven from public service, but they have no shame for the paralysis they have created.daphne wrote:Whoa there, cowboy. Robotman had made all the good points necessary to resolve the question I posed initially; and I was glad for his perspective, and I said so. I moved the subject to WHY nothing can get done in D.C. (which includes much-needed reformations of copyright law, to reclaim our rights from corporations)And you have some nerve calling out someone for derailing your thread after you demonstrably derailed it beyond recognition yourself.

in a macro way
im pretty sure the good being and wealth of nations, well funded education and health care actually has more to do with their economist and investors than their politicians, and i guess thats what you care for, no?
but no robber barons, no metropoli, no metropoli, a lot of commons, a lot of commons, nothing...in the worst case, other countries invading you so they can wrap them and sell them, the scenario where eventually a corporation owns the country that spawn it hasn't occurr yet, even if we like to think it has, there is a chance it could happen or that is just rubbish, but when that happen people is really going to get piss and that would bring very valuable feed back for humanity, the feed back where a corporation controls a nation for it resources has occurred, it ends in very angry revolutions, now is more subtle, and countries that defend their industry tend to do better than those that don´t, but since you are an individual is ok you fight for privileges or they will be cut off to save some money for the big economic game, i don´t really feel i lost anything right now with the current state of the wiki since no one is making money here, maybe even losing a little, lol cof, when the SOPA came people get pissed, the day they try to do something of that kind, like separate the internet by countries or something like that, people is going to get pissed again, but right now everything seems nice, except in nature where everything is getting bad for the taking of the resources, but we are already starting to get feed back from that, too bad it means a lot of people is going to die in the almost near future...im just saying, things might become bright, in the near future in this road society is following*
it would be cool if one day members are so massive in number and activity that a lot of residual stuff spawn( like a community founded comic x_x ), do you know that wiki called SCP? it even has user made videogames because it so popular!
