DoA 2?

I just downloaded a very promissing clip called simply called DoA2. Does anyone have any idea what this came from? It looks like a part of a larger movie. And if so can you give your opinion if it is worth watching the whole thing.

If it is the Asian clip of a gynoid malfunctioning on a bed, then it's from "Dead or Alive - Final" which has been reviewed before on the board. But basically it is one of only 2 scenes (very well-done scenes) of gynoid malfunction. The gynoid is not a main character, she the wife of the main character, and we don't know she's a gynoid until the end of the movie.

If it's a different clip, please describe the contents.

I have not watched the clip and I don't have a way to get it so could one of you scan a bit of it for me?
