And another 4...
I'm getting the hang of basic gif animations now but there seems to be a lot more potential than I can realise with my photoshop elements package (ie longer, larger, more variable speeds, loop or not loop...) Anyone out there have any advice? What's the next step up for building a basic animation from vidcaps?

Hmmm... faceoff?? They are bloody hard to do well - the few I've tried have all been cheats really with hands covering most of the action!
