If I may speak for everyone:

Thanks, Ted!

That's high praise, coming from a relative newcomer!

Kasahamnida, Ted.

I hope all goes well with BSG's premiere. It looks very good.

Cheers!

New pictures and concept drawings have been added to the website. Go the "News Section" to go to the links for each photo. Here is my favorite from the bunch called "The Cylons":

 :eyes:

(pausing to drool just a bit...)

Ooo...nice one, Ted! That's easily going to be a big favorite.

BTW, and for everyone:

BSG looks like a go! Sci-Fi's starting to push it for it's anticipated December premiere.

Where's the line to buy Number 6 action figures form at???

She is a hottie, it is just too bad she is not mechanical.

Thank-you for sharing, Cylon Centurion!

well, given that her back story is that she is an agent created to deeply infiltrate a high-tech human society, making her completely mechanical/electronic would be a little unbelievable. (although I agree it would have been nicer if they did it anyway...)

Aw, but hey, she's very easy on the eyes...anything obviously mechanical would look out of place.

The casting director made an excellent choice for Number 6...and I'm waiting for the Number 6 dolls to hit the toy store shelves...

Sci-Fi just reported not more than 5 minutes ago (local time...7:45 pm Pacific):

BSG premieres December 8th on Sci-Fi

WOO HOO!

From the preview, it looks fantastic!

Anxiously awaiting the premiere...

Let me further add that I saw Number 6 (though briefly) in this particular trailer on Sci-Fi...I am most definitely in love!

I've since seen the entire trailer three times...damn! I can hardly wait for the premiere!

My hat's off to the entire cast and crew of the new BSG for taking a new look at a classic.

I just hope in two months I'll be lavishing these kudos yet again...

Well, I know in the past some users have had problems with the WMVs so this time I encoded in standard Quicktime (MOV format). The file is 28MBs and which features a 5 minute tour by Jamie Bamber around the CIC of the Battlestar Galactica. The link to the video is located in the News Section:

I'm not holing out high hopes for this series or it's gynoid content.

The gynoid in question supposedly is "seen only by" Baltar because of an implanted chip in his brain? (Shades of Farscape anyone?)

I agree with Tully on Battle Star...

Post by droidlvr » Fri Nov 07, 2003 8:07 pm

I agree with Tully on Battle Star..., also it's the guy who's head has a chip in it. The gynoid on the otherhand is one by 'word of mouth' only. I simply expect there will be no robotic aspects with her at all, to go further, I wouldn't be surprised if this guy with the chip starts "malfuctioning". There are a number of examples where when you have a group of androids (both sexes) if there is to be any scenes of creation, programing, malfunction or destruction of an android it'll be the male one. :?

Nice!

Still keeping with the same basic layout as in the original.

Thanks, Ted!
