I believe it is called the Golden Eyed Beast, but essentially it is the movie. There isn't much Raven Tengu Kabuto out there actually: a manga which I am not familiar with, and an OVA that got limited releases.
As for the time, I can't tell you, except that it is at the end of the show. She shows up many times in it, often naked, and this is at the end when the good guy wins. Can't say much more, so look it up, maybe you can find it streaming online.

I'd am curious about the origins of that manip as well. It's always been one of my favorites.

Hi everybody,

i know this isn't an indentification, but i'm seaching for a .gif from KubeÂ²

but i can't find the animated .gif anymore.
does someone still have it and mind uploading it on fembotwiki or if possible to send it to me?
