What IS this anime?

I have been trying to remember an anime involving a deep sea diver who is awakened after years in suspended animation and, because he is now an old man, relies on a female android - who looks exactly like an adult woman - to do his deep sea diving for him. A young girl is selected to act as his nurse and they live on what appears to be a city surrounded by the open sea. Can you help me remember the anime's title?

Real Drive is the anime you want. Its by the same people who do Ghost in the Shell

I think I remember Real Drive. Sadly, the anime was great, but the android was somewhat uninteresting.

Have you ever looked closely at Holon (the female android, in question)?
