Let's be serious here. How many of us have anything that can read 16mm film reels? Only reason to get this would be either the novelty value, the historical record or for remastering the film to DVD (and that's prolly if it's a relatively pristine first or second-gen copy).
Having said that, if you've got a working 16mm player somewhere, go for it.

I could see a film collector wanting it for the Vincent Price factor (or maybe they are a big fan of American International, or "bikini" films).
heh- you may own the only 16mm print of that particular episode in the world- I can't imagine them striking too many of them, and I am guessing that the negative is long gone...
