Plug It In by Basement Jaxx, Put Your Hands Up (For Detroit) by Fedde Le Grande and Babycakes by 3 of a Kind have great fembot videos, but the lyrics aren't specifically femboty in any way I could tell.

i kinda like the fembot song by robyn only wish she would make a damn video for it.. also love the song wind it up by gwen not really fembot but wind up dolls are close enough but like willowisp said plug it in and babycakes are person favorites as well

A toss up between "Robot Girl" by Was (Not Was), and "I Love You (Miss Robot)" by The Buggles. Both sets of lyrics are pretty straightforwardly what it says on the tin. And they're both from the eighties!

Let's see... well, this isn't a fembot song, but "She Blinded Me With Science" by Thomas Dolby has elements of fembot-ness...

If you like the official preview, you can find the whole track in lesser quality on YouTube, but Aqua's album is out in Europe now so if you're there you can actually buy it. Also, according to lead singer Lene, there will be a radio version with the lyrics/title "Don't Love Me Like A Robot".

Someone already mentioned "Fembot" by Robyn.. she's performed it live a few times, which you can find on YouTube. There's also "Polyester Girl" by Regurgitator, which I assume is on YouTube as well. Other than that, I can't think of any that haven't been posted already.

Not perfect, but Molded Plastic by the Epoxies is one of my favorites. The lead singer is pretty good looking, too, although when they visited a few years ago, either they were particularly (or naturally) surly, or they weren't interested in chatting with me.

Here at Dyson, we actually use "Even better than the real thing" by U2 as a background track during various demonstration and promotional events. I have to tell you, there's nothing quite so exciting as seeing a detached pelvic module being put through its paces to the strains of this track whilst a delegation of potential conversion candidates look on.
