exhentai keeps everything g.e-hentai removes, as far as I have noticed.

"Pining for the fjords" has a specific meaning. It doesn't mean it's gone, but that someone has tagged it with something that caused it to be hidden.

The exhentai link just gives me a sad panda. There is apparently a whole bunch of tags that will automatically hide content behind various warnings - e.g. a set tagged "guro" gets you a page saying "This content has been flagged as offensive". As I recall, "pining for the fjords" applies to a bunch of tags for things the advertisers might not want to be associated with. It doesn't mean that it's gone, it means "it's here, but we're not giving it to you". It's a dog-whistle thing - casual visitors see it and think "nothing here, Python reference", while regular visitors would know the real meaning. *ahem* Or so I'm told.
