The first one is from a To Heart dôjinshi called Ayaka, where Sakashita Yoshie receives a HMX (Home Maid Experimental) gynoid version of her friend/rival Kurusugawa Ayaka to test out. Naturally, all sorts of silly hijinxs happen.

I know many Asian-sourced files in the FTP have non-ASCII characters,
but I don't know what many of them say, and each is the only title I've got for them.

I have no idea which/how many files you're having trouble with.
Probably not so many full shows and movies need renaming - a lot of music videos, clips aren't important.

Any ideas for liliwinnt6?

I'm encountering filenames like this: GYNOIDS FILE 1▆【2／4】.flv
But when I'm viewing FTP by windows explorer, the file name is sown as: GYNOIDS FILE 1◆【1／4】.flv
I'm using IE8 browsing the FTP, and using BitComet downloading files, so it happens.

Hmmph... We need a new rule: rename the file names to the english or at least western-Europe characters before upload.

Yeah, belatedly I figured those out.

I think most non-ASCII names are legacies from my collection.
Youtube was the largest culprit.

It's not a compliment that no uploaders have made this mistake, unfortunately,
because there have been few uploads, and fewer uploaders
