I could've sworn this was on the Mind Control Story Archive, but my search skills are failing me. Anyway, the story is about a young woman who goes to a scientist friend of hers for help. She gets into this get up where she's bound, gagged, and I think blindfolded and hooded. Anyway, she's hooked to a computer to stimulate her and monitor everything. Of course, something goes wrong. There's an overload and her mind gets erased. The computer takes over her body. At the scientist's request, the computer creates a precise simulation of her original personality.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
