What makes your favourite story?

Post by Deep Blue » Fri May 06, 2011 11:28 am

The fembot stories are uncountable, but what kind of stories you like most? Action stories?
Romance stories? Sex stories? Or just like daily life? Also what kind of fembot character you like?
Total human-like unless accident reveal? Iron appearance? Half-robot people?
And what scene you want in the story? Repairing? Uncover the robot true face? Have sex with bot?
bot fighting? Or more?

For me, I kind of like them all.
I love the action ones, but romance is always a big hit, and who doesn't like a good sexy story every now and then? Even daily life can be fun with a fembot.
As for the character itself, I usually prefer a totally human or mostly human in appearance, with the ability to reveal their true nature, whether by accident or for regular maintenance. Cyborgs are cool too, the more robotic the body, the better, but it isn't the same thing since they have a human mind, and only the body is mechanical. Therefore, I like to mix them, having both in my stories. And of course I LOVe repair scenes, especially if they lead into something naughty ;).

I like all fembot stories, but particularly those that properly build up to the good parts (i.e., sex). Also, I'm fond of stories like ButchyBoy's Cricket Lang series, which are awesome in their own right.
Elvis Lives. Not in this timeline, but in quite a few others.

For me, it honestly depends on my mood. But I generally prefer stories where the gynoid of the story is sort of the middle line between being a programmed robot and a being with free will. If I had to make an example, the best I can think of are BA's stories. Where the gynoid acts like a normal woman, but (typically) does not mind displaying her robotic nature in some manner (or if so, makes a relatively minor protest to program adjustments or so).

Good build-up is preferred too. It's a bit awkward when the characters leap right into whatever it is they are doing. I especially like it when who the gynoid is is not made immediately clear.
"If the time should ever come when what is now called science, thus familiarized to men, shall be ready to put on, as it were, a form of flesh and blood, the Poet will lend his divine spirit to aid the transfiguration, and will welcome the Being thus produced, as a dear and genuine inmate of the household of man."

Personally, I am a big fan of the "sleeper" and "unaware" stories for they really make a twist on the story and it's just damn right awesome when they figure out and they freak out.
Does anyone know some new sleeper stories? PM me if anyone finds one please!

Transformation. Begin as a human, become robot. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Related to this...

Dunno if my faves deal specifically with transformation, but I usually seem to prefer it when the protagonist was at some point human. A regular person that got mechanized or became a machine through cyborgization or neural patterning/mind tranfer.

I HAVE to have a little HUMOR in stories that I read...or WRITE... I could throw in a little romance, but I am not all that fond of explicit sex scenes in 'em.
...From my HEART and from my HAND
WHY don't people understand my intentions?
