Re: Manga Question
Bad news: this image from a short non-fembot hentai. The image was altered (very well, I might add) to give the girl "seams".

Re: Manga Question
What are good coloring and drawing programs (for manga type deviantART worthy art)? By deviantART worthy I mean like stuff you see on deviantART, a lot of people list some good stuff, but i can't find the download for them.

Re: Manga Question
Honestly, post people are using Photoshop and/or Illustrator. There are a few more though, such as MangaStudio, Inkscape, and a slew of others.
Photoshop and Illustrator will cost hundreds of dollars each, but MangaStudio has a version out that is around $50, and I think inkscape is free, but I have never used it so i do not know if it is any good or not.
I suggest using Manga Studio since it is specialized for this type of thing and has become a standard in the field of comics.
You will also need to have some basic knowledge of art, color theory, drawing techniques, and digital art. I do all this stuff, but I am afraid i am too busy at the moment to draw any more comics... yet.
