I bought it and liked it ... the girl is very sexy and talented. But I should warn you that it's too short and the camera work is very bad (her head is partially out of frame for most of it).

Ryoko is not a cyborg or robot despite being supposedly artificially made. It's more of a point to explain her powers and give her a connection with Washu in the first series and they give her different origins in the second series. But there is nothing ASFR about her at all.

Although back when I watched this series on Toonami I remeber an episode where Washu created an android copy of herself.

If you want to be technical, an actual 'droid version of her turns up later in the original OVA (OAV?) that looks exactly like her. So, depending on the screenshot, she may or may not count. You could also file her under "ridiculously human" like Mahoro Andou and the lot.
