Pretty much a superheroine story with Gynoids. You be the judge...
Becuase I'm not so sure.

Dammit, and I paid 10000 yen for Gynoids (about $100US)
But I figured it would show up sooner or later, since the Japanese version of NetFlix actually has it up for rental. When I saw it there, I was both pissed and happy, pissed to have spent $100 about 3 years ago, happy that "going rental" prety much makes it "elgible" for piracy so other people worldwide might eventually see it.
(Un)fortunately?
It's the only Japanese Indie Heroine ASFR-worthy thing that is available (I've searched, a lot) for rental.
I suppose my owned copy has better quality, but not much better, whatever method they used to make the DVDs was pretty bad, many visible pixelations/lines.
BTW, I am NOT responsible for this YouTube-ing.
Also BTW, it looks like the uploader put up a bunch of other Indie stuff from a certain japanese site you may have heard of, under their original titles, none ASFR I think, but they're pretty on-the-ball as far as fighting piracy, so I expect this video and his account to disappear shortly, so get your youtube capturing done ASAP

These are FANTASTIC finds. The making of has some great stuff. For sheer fantasy value it's hard to beat a bunch of hot girls in a dressing room.araenae wrote:Saw this on Digg...

Some neat robot dancing![]()
On a side note, I'm not a fan of rap or hip hop, but I had to agree 100% with the lyrics on that song.
EDIT: Found also the "behind the scenes" video with some more scantily clad women portraying "robots": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn0YTDTt ... re=channel
And tell me the choreographer isn't one of us!!! "They're turning into robots ... There's a robot helping another robot!"

This looks like it's from some kind of small-scale promotional night, and I believe it's german (? - translation anyone?). Seems like the presenter is demonstrating the newest model fembot...

I haven't seen this one posted before (or the actual anime for that matter). I'm always a sucker for an attack-bot babe:

I love the way she periodically goes back into "stand-by" mode and the way she straightened up and then moved when in Stripper mode! Those are the kinds of nice touches/quirks that are ideal for me. Japan Robot Nation Documentary
Interesting developments continue in Japan. It is estimated that the population there will decrease by two thirds by 2050. Therefore robots and androids will be required for labor and other tasks.

Thought some might be interested in these. The first is from an Italian play and the fembot doesn't appear until about 4:10 into the clip:

This second clip is a music video that is primarily just a silver body suit:
http://vimeo.com/5260937
Some may have seen this last clip. It's from a convention in Japan an is simply a moving anime-type mannequin dressed as a maid:
