I'm not sure if it's possible, but is there any way to "flip" or "tilt" (or something) part of an image so many degrees? (And it's not rotation.)
I find it difficult to do with the image seen below because of the camera angle.
I want to make a visor on her featureless face and I have run into some difficulty.

sounds like you want to do some kind of stretch to an element
stretch usually makes some kind of selectio box appear, and if you you the mouse AND the CTRL or SHIFT key (depending on the software) you can just stretch one corner of the rectanle, distorting the whole image.
I'm guessing you'd want to stretch like this
left top corner upward
left bottom corner downward
right top corner downward
right bottom corner upward
in other words, make the left side fatter and squeeze the right side thinner
so this
+++++++++
+000000000+
+000000000+
+000000000+
+++++++++
becomes like this (roughtly)
+++
+00+++
+000000++++
+0000000000+
+000000++++
+00+++
+++
and then maybe rotate that a few degree to fit better?
