I've never seen that before. It has no dialog per se, so I can't even determine its native country.

FYI, a clock repair man fixes an attractive, lifesized clockwork doll and she starts ... umm ... doing her thing.

It's from a compilation video called "My Fair Dollies". None of the other segments have dialogue either. Just grunts and gestures. And beautiful European-looking women.
