Amazing find. Things like this make me think we're more mainstream than we ever give ourselves credit for. One thing's for sure at least: the trend is to ever greater exposure (and therefore widespread acceptance, as a corollary, I think). If this forum still exists in 10 or 15 years, expect somebody's first comment to be along the lines of: "...and I thought I was totally alone until one day I was surfing the web and happened across this LA Weekly article, out of nowhere..."
