First Androids - Robotic Sex Dolls

Post by aaronrosenthal » Wed Mar 05, 2008 4:17 am

Hi everyone

Does anyone know about First Androids - creators of the Andy Doll? I'm trying to find out about robotic sex dolls and want to know if they can actually create mechanised sex dolls. Does anyone have any experience of them?

Also does anyone know of any other manufacturers of sex dolls that have robotic functions?

Thanks

Aaron

Here is their site:

I've never seen, much less owned one.
They appear less pretty than RealDoll but are in other ways more realistic according to this.

I've always thought there was something odd about the way those dolls look.

Realdoll has it down much better.

Is it just me or do those dolls have unusually large feet?

Maybe so they can stand?

A big turn off for me. Nothing larger than a size 6 thank you. :) :?

I've had a good look around the website but it's a bit confusing. Has anyone on here actually got a Android doll?

Primitive to be sure, but ahead of the RealDoll as well.

Yes, they can also make the vital pumping arm motion with the hand gently closed and they can bob their head and shoulders with their mouth open to an appropriate degree.

They have correctly distributed body heat, a pulse, can breathe (even smoke a cigarette), their eyes can track you, and they can recognize you and smile.

Technology is a wonderful thing.

And here is the Japanese equivalent:

Both Japanese and caucasian dolls; again not as pretty as RealDoll but with some more advanced capabilities.

So has anyone actually used one of these/actually seen one in real life? I'm intrigued to learn about the reality of such a doll

I'd like to be able to give you a report, but if I had an extra $ 5000 - $ 10,000 I'd get a newer car.

I think many of us are waiting for the prices to drop, which is inevitable.

These guys may be able to offer some "hands on" experience:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/realdoll/

The group also has many links.
Not a lot of activity there the last few months, but there are or have been other doll groups on Yahoo, including some with explicit photos of owners' sex life with dolls.
