I like it...has a lot in common with Battle Angel Alita (or Gally as she was originally named).
Sorry I can' give you a download link for Alita, but that manga is also worth a read.

I have the entire, original translated Alita manga on CD which I'd be glad to upload... if I knew where and how to do it.

(I don't have the more recent stuff that was released last year, however)

I've got the first four volumes of the new series (on paper). It is OK, but I liked the old series better. So I'd recommend that one anyway.
