Can anyone explain what this is? Are these shots from a Japanese TV show or movie? Or is this amateur video from an internet entrepreneur?

I have to think something is for sale here -- a CD-ROM full of photos? A video?

Lots of the pictures seem to be "behind the scenes" type photos of the "actresses" only half in-costume, which makes it even harder to figure out what's going on.

Just curious ...

From my limited knowledge of Japanese, it seems to be an independent video maker. The pages are announcing a March, 2003 release, and accepting pre-orders. They seem to be making 2 videos and a photo CD about this android superheroine. Cast photos are only half-finished. Other videos already made by them feature costumed superheroines, but they don't seem to be androids.. although one or two seem to change into giant fighting Ultraman-style things.
