Well, they're called Fem Mechs, but they're still gynoids!
Not a whole lot of robotic detail that I can see (my computer keeps flashing random scenes/background/etc., making gameplay impossible), but they have the robotic tone (a generic mechanical sound) and a few one-liners ("Time for a whipping!" "Wanna play?" (robotic giggles) )
The avatars are quite interesting, BTW.
I can't seem to make my computer stay focused on Duke...guess I'll have to e-mail the company and find out how to stop the random flashing.

They aren't the first...
The Fem-Mechs in Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project aren't the first gynoids in the Duke Nukem series. In Duke Nukem: Land/Planet of the Babes, there's an enemy known as the Hunter/Killer (no doubt a nod to the Terminator movies) that has two variants: one with "makeup" (human appearance) and one without (probably endoskeletal.)
Elvis Lives. Not in this timeline, but in quite a few others.
