It's either great or torture.
100 girls, and none of them can do the dance well,
and spend most of the time giggling.
Cameraman has hyperactive zoom in/out disorder
and MTV 1-cut-per-second editing.
It's my Murphy's Law of Youtube
99% of all videos made for Youtube will be unwatchable:
poor lighting, no tripod, bad editing, bad sound,
bad resolution, too much giggling, too much screwing around
with the camera, too much screwing around with SFX...
and number one - NO TALENT in front of or behind the camera.

Youtube is even better than Hollywood at ASFR letdowns.
I know it's "free" (except for our wasted time and effort)
and amateur - so no high expectations.
This is the beginning of the video-exhibitionist hobby, hopefully
the quality will improve as everyone, including the people posting their
videos, realize how crappy their first efforts are.
I see a crappy robot video from some random person with a video camera and a Youtube account, I'm not let down, it's expected.
But this case was particularly bad precisely because it
was made by "professionals" of some sort working for FHM,
and 100 models, probably getting paid a bit, too.
Yet they still made a terrible video, which probably explains why these "pros" are making free videos rather than working in Hollywood.

I don't think this was supposed to be anything great to begin with. i'm not a huge soccer (football) fan but i believe this was done as an homage to an English soccer player named Peter Crouch who sometimes does a little robot celebration dance after he scores a goal. I think the girls and the staff were just having some fun with it, what with all the World Cup fever going on and Crouch's and England's perfomances overall being very good up to this point.

I just went to take another look at the clip and it looks like it's been pulled from the site.
