I think I answered that aboveDevil wrote:I agree, I liked to be able to click on "New Images" and only the new ones would be brought up instead of going all over the place. Anyway of adding it to the new one?

Ok, I'm confused. Since the gallery theme was changed a little while back, I haven't been able to find any means of uploading new images to the gallery (no link or button or what-have-you). I had initially supposed that this was an intentional thing, presumably because some additional tinkering was still going on backstage; for that reason, I hadn't mentioned anything. But since Kishin has brought up the question of no one posting anything new of late (here), I'm curious as to what the situation is.
If we're still supposed to be holding off until everything's up to spec, that's cool--I'm patient. Just wondering what the score is, so to speak--whether the lack of an upload link is intentional, or if it's not, or if it's been there all along and I've somehow overlooked it, or if for some reason it's just not showing up on my browser, or any of a jillion other reasons I might not have thought of.

Thanks for the support, Stephaniebot.
This is a live update, meaning I am working on the site in bits and pieces as I have time, while also trying to cause as little downtime for visitors as possible. I blocked users from accessing the gallery for a few hours while I worked on it and kept it secure while I slept.
Now all registered users who are logged in should be able to access the gallery + upload new images via a link below each album's title. If you have any issues with viewing or uploading gallery content, let me know in this thread.
If all is well, I will move on to setting up some things for our members who have their own galleries and then work on a quick-access method of viewing most recent uploads.

Its nothing personal Kos-Mos, just my very humble opinion of things.
Have to admit the main thing I liked about the old gallery was the new images feature which made it very easy to know whether you were up to date on picture viewing or not. At present short of remembering how many images there were in each section before there is no easy way of checking. And as due to other things in life I dont visit as often as before its harder to remember these details.
And yes the gallery is working fine tonight, thank you.

"Updated" status not showing
I just noticed in a thread that Korby uploaded images to the "Member Galleries Temp" folder yet I hadn't seen them because the "Updated" mark failed to appear at the gallery home.
May your deeds return to you tenfold,
