I'm from Brazil(the country the announcement come from) and I will explain what's going on...
The woman is passing trough the street, and the guys said: "wow, man, that's a perfect woman"!! The two STUPID guys got the list and begin to look for the name "perfect woman"(argh, what a jerks), but don''t find anithing-after that, the woman "put" her face in the structure on the street.
HORRIBLE.
