I seem to remember that in some episodes gang played in some robotic amusement park. Did it feature any robot ladies? Do you remember any?

if its the episode i think your thinking of then there isnt anything. it was one robot eho ran the whole thing which went out of control. and it wasnt very feminine at all.

It looked like one of those bots from X-men, but smaller. ... can't remember its name.

the robot looks like the Sentinels from the X-men genre.....as for any fembots.....the closest thing was the coin operated fortune teller Scooby, Shaggy, and Dick Van Dyke (the cartoon's special guest) hid behind before Dick Van Dyke decided to put a coin in the machine...the fortune teller had a monotonic voice and mechanical movement...not a bad one.
