Great link! Reminds me of similar art Chen posted some months ago...perhaps same artist? Think it was explained or worded as:

Malfunction is orgasm
Damage is orgasm

Or something like that.

Damage is orgasm for droids.
More than normal function.

Pleasure by damage is set to them.
The purpose is to check durability and the malfunction.
However, androids exclude human, and have established the town of the android.

The pleasure setting still remains in them now.
Therefore, they came to talk love by destroying it each other.
Such a thing is repeated in their towns day and night.
