And the melon thing was written by a woman ...

I actually know a guy who claimed to have done the melon thing, though according to him you first put it in the microwave to make it warmer ... I bailed on the story right about there. He also had a few old socks that he have expected to give birth to children. That guy was a masturbation legend.

It was a decent portrayal of a possible future, though all of the attempts at being funny with the ads and stuff, not to mention the confusing ending pretty much spoiled a good amount of the mood.
