Like Kishin says. It's right at the end, for about 1 sec a girl partially strips to reveal some mechanically looking stuff. Thanks for making an effort in finding the vid. Kishin

I know its short but it is sweet, espesially on a proper tv, sorry if I've not found a web site for it but I've just seen it on THE BOX (a music channel here in the UK).
