The only bit I know is that the titular android has to power up by plugging in a power cord under her skirt. Elsewise I don't think there's much.

Yep, ok show but not much in the way of actual showing parts/malfunctions ect.. Try My dear Marie for that, bit more android content, plus its also a cute show ^,^
I'll have to post more anime as it comes to mine *thinks* I recall an older anime called "Maps" had a cool intro song showing the gals faces becoming metal to match the faces of their spaceships, few other good snippits n such similar.

I think that it has some good content in showing interaction of humans and robots. It doesnt have open panels or anything like that but it does have things like examining examining their programing code, data transfer though there hands and the fact she came in a box. If anything watch it for the human/robot interaction.
