After reading the post in Media Exchange, it occured to me that I've only seen parts of two of the at least four episodes with gynoid content. I think I saw part of the first one "Dark Side of the Sun" because I remember that the Silicates were addicted to gambling, and I remember a scene from another one in which a Felicity OH robot played by Kim Patton(aka Ashlyn Gere) is malfunctioning because of a virus and her boyfriend

wants to force one of the Marines to repair her.
So if anyone would be kind enough to let us know what kind of robotic content the Silicate episodes had (however many that was) there's a No-Prize in it for you!
C'mon everybody, it'll be the ginchiest!

Well, in an odd way, not much.
There were a few episodes where Silicates were featured or focused on, but beyond some funky eyes and some slightly digitized speech, they appeared and acted as slightly sinister humans.
There was a lot of discussion about how they "evolved" and operated (they made a lot of the fact that they were all networked, thus something experienced by one was known/shared by all the others) and the recurring theme that one of the main character's family was all but wiped out by Silicates, but as far as actual content goes, what I recall was..
-The slightly odd speech
-Funky eyes
-Some dismantled Silicates
-Damaged Silicates (small facial rips, limb openings)
-Robo-vision (which if memory serves was little more than a sniper-view)
-A tiny bit of malfunctioning
Much more promise than delivery.
