I can name plenty, at least if you're not looking for any robot-like action, or open panels or anything. At least in anime.
In Outlaw Star there is Melfina, she is the navigator and has to get completely naked and stay in a tube filled with some kind of liquid in order to control the ship.
There's Mahoro in Mahoromatic, a combat android who retires to become a maid because if she continues fighting she'll live for a month, but she'll live for a year if they remove her combat armor. The second season of the show they introduce a cyborg named Minawa who Mahoro takes in as her sister.
There's a lot of them in Saber Marrionette J. The series takes place on a planet populated only by men, but they created androids called Marionettes. The series focuses on a group that have Maiden Circuits, the three 'good' ones Lime, Cherry and Bloodberry, and the three 'bad' ones Tiger, Luchs and Panther.
Steel Angel Kurumi involves various androids called Steel Angels, who are meant to fight against some greater evil in the future. The main one is Kurumi, whom is obsessively attached to the main character. Later two other steel angels show up, her younger sisters Saki and Karinka. There are many other angels who show up in the show, but those are the main three. There's another 'season' of the show, but I don't think it's nearly as good as the first.
There's a few others I know of, but I can't think of them right now.
